Theme: Building Bridges
World Storytelling Day! Coming to a Continent Near You!
World Storytelling Day occurs annually on the spring equinox and traces its origins back to 2001 in Scandinavia. It now flourishes in countries worldwide.
In a world the daily news relentlessly tells us is “divided”, New Mexico storytellers are coming together once again to share stories and help build community on World Storytelling Day. This is indeed a free, annual, global event held to celebrate the art of Oral Storytelling with as many people as possible, usually held on or near March 20th.
Admission: Free, but donations are welcome to support a charity (to be announced in advance)
Questions: If you have questions please contact us by email
