Tellabration is a world-wide event promoted in the US by the National Storytelling Network and produced locally by Storytellers of New Mexico. A local tradition now in its third decade, this year’s New Mexico Tellabration again brings together a showcase of storytellers to join others across the world in telling stories on this day.

For 2020, Tellabration is joining hands with STNM’s monthly zoom event, Stories At A Distance. Stories at a Distance was created so we could continue to share live stories as a community during the pandemic. As an online event it attracts people from a distance unreachable in an in-person event. It’s the ideal venue to host Tellabration, a world-wide celebration of storytelling. This years tellers are Eldrena Douma, Nash Jones and Liz Mangual.
