How is it to suddenly find oneself without a roof overhead? Join Stories at a Distance on May 25th to hear first-hand stories from folks in just this situation, living on the streets at the mercy of weather and strangers. Hear how they confront their new reality, access resources and temporary shelter, and finally regain permanent housing. Proceeds from this event benefit Heading Home, a New Mexico non-profit that provides prioritized behavioral outreach, emergency housing, and permanent supportive housing services to people experiencing homelessness.
